Our Mission

"Many females are underrepresented in the game of chess.  Our mission is to rewrite the narrative around who belongs at the board — starting with girls. We empower girls to not only play the game but also lead, by turning them into teachers to younger players. This peer-to-peer cycle creates a ripple effect of confidence and community to a game that’s often seen as a male dominant one."
